That's why Pot Belly has teamed up with Oak Tree Farm near Normanton-on-Trent who have achieved accreditation for their organically raised free-range herd of Trentside Saddlebacks.

Our secret method of preparing and cooking the meat results in a flavoursome, tender meat which just falls off and what we at Pot Belly believe to be the best crackling you can get your teeth in to.
